Chair
As the Chair of the ACN committee, you will lead and inspire a dynamic committee, ensuring smooth operations and the successful execution of our flagship event. Your role involves motivating team members, providing clear direction, and keeping everyone on track with their responsibilities.
As a natural leader, you will guide your team to deliver an outstanding event that showcases the best of Amsterdam’s most forward-thinking companies.
Vice-Chair
As the Vice-chair of the ACN committee, you will be the Chair’s trusted right-hand, overseeing the entire ACN budget. Your exceptional organizational skills and financial expertise will be crucial as you manage the event’s finances, ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time, and keep the attendance list up-to-date.
Serving as the main point of contact for all participants, you will play a vital role in the smooth execution of ACN.
Marketing
As the Marketeer of the ACN committee, you are responsible for enhancing the event’s visibility across both online and offline platforms. You’ll plan and design compelling promotional materials including posters, flyers, and social media posts, driving a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at maximizing attendance. Your role also entails effectively communicating the event’s theme to students and alumni, ensuring widespread excitement and informed participation.
Your creativity plays a crucial role in shaping and promoting the event’s narrative, setting high expectations for both our audience and speakers alike.
Acquisition
Acquisition will be responsible for securing top-tier speakers for the event. You excel at cold-calling and emailing, never taking no for an answer. You’ll also be responsible for curating the content of our goodie bags.
As the main point of contact for ACN’s external partners, your charisma and confidence in communication are essential for bringing in the best talent and maintaining strong partnerships.
Event coordinator
As the Event Coordinator of ACN, your role is pivotal in planning the event logistics to guarantee an unforgettable experience for every guest. From securing a captivating venue and designing a thoughtful seating plan to appointing a welcoming host and coordinating drinks and catering, every detail falls under your responsibility.
Your precise attention to detail ensures the seamless execution of the entire event.
