This committee consists of:

Chair

As Chair, you’ll lead the planning and execution of an exciting international trip for MAA members. Your role involves coordinating with your team, securing company visits, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll oversee the trip’s planning process, motivate your team, and handle any issues that arise, all while maintaining clear communication with the MAA board and participants.

Vice-Chair

The Vice-Chair will manage both financial and administrative aspects of the trip. This includes tracking budgets, arranging transportation and accommodation, and supporting the team in various tasks. You’ll also handle participant communication, from initial inquiries to final selections, ensuring all details are organized and participants are well-informed. Your role is crucial in keeping the trip financially sound and smoothly running.

x2 Marketing

As a Marketeer, you will drive the promotion of the trip, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy. You’ll craft engaging content for social media channels and ensure a strong presence across platforms. Your role involves developing creative promotional materials and managing deadlines to attract applicants and maximize trip visibility.

3x Acquisition

As a member of the Acquisition team, you’ll handle all aspects of company interactions for the event. This includes identifying and contacting potential partners, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth communication. You’ll also leverage social media to find leads and coordinate details to maximize the success of international company visits.
